Privacy policy

Your information stays with us. Here is what we collect, why, and how to reach us about it. Last updated November 3, 2026.

Who we are

Queensdale Flowers is a small Toronto business run by Diana Fleming, offering eco-friendly wreath & floral workshops across the GTA. Questions about this policy can go to diana.k.fleming@gmail.com or 416.876.8321.

What we collect

When you request a workshop: your name, organization, email, phone number, preferred date & time, number of participants, location, add-ons, not-for-profit status, payment process notes and anything else you choose to tell us.

When you send a message: your name, email, phone number (if you add it) and your message.

We only collect what you type into these forms. We do not take payments on this website.

How we use it

To reply to you, plan & deliver your workshop, send quotes & invoices, and keep the records a business needs for accounting & tax. We never sell your information, and we will not add you to a mailing list without your permission.

Where it is kept

Form entries are stored on our website, which is hosted by CanSpace, a Canadian web hosting company. A copy of each request or message is emailed to our inbox, which is provided by Google (Gmail) and may be stored outside Canada.

Cookies & visit statistics

The site uses a small number of cookies it needs to work, and counts visits to understand how many people stop by. These statistics are not used to identify you. The video on our Why Choose Local? page uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, so YouTube only sets its own cookies if you play it.

How long we keep it

Workshop requests are kept for as long as we need them for your event and for our business & tax records. Messages that don’t lead to a booking are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Just email diana.k.fleming@gmail.com. If you have a concern we can’t resolve, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
